Orders
It is your responsibility to ensure that goods ordered will meet the requirements of the intended use.
Orders need to be paid in full and payments cleared in our bank account before processing will take place. Until such time as the payment has been made, ownership of goods reside with the Company.

Delivery and collection
Goods are in general available for collection within 5 business day. Collection to be arranged with the customer representatives.
Delivery of goods will take place during business hours. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive products at the delivery address.
Returns
Undamaged goods may be returned within 7 day based on the the following:
- Goods are unused and in it's original condition within the same packaging as delivered.
- Where appropriate, all accessories which was ordered together and is required for the correct operation of a product, packaged separately and delivered in the same order, will be returned together with the returned product.
- The original invoice need to accompany the returned goods.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Zwavelpoort Trading (Pty) Ltd, nor any of its officers, directors or employees be held liable for anything arising out of or connected to the use of this website including but not limited to any direct, consequential or special liability.
